Homemade Marshmallow Fondant. Most of my cakes are covered with marshmallow fondant to achieve a smooth surface with precise decorations. (I use Satin Ice or Fat Daddio’s Pro Series fondant when I need black or red.)

Pricing:
Prices vary with both the size and design of each cake. There is an additional charge for sculpted cakes. There is an extra charge for gluten free cakes too. The following chart includes pricing for cakes with simple decorations.
Round layer cakes include 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling, which results in a cake approximately 4 inches tall. Round layer cake servings are based on either a 2x2x4 inch slice or a 1.5x2x4 inch slice.
Sheet cakes include 2 layers of cake and 1 layer of filling, which results in a cake approximately 3 inches tall. Sheet cake servings are based on either a 3x2x3 inch slice or a 2x2x3 inch slice.
We have maintained our pricing for the past year with no increases. Unfortunately in 2022 we saw an increase in the cost of ingredients and packaging supplies. Due to these increases, our new prices are reflected below:
